MBCC Ladies Versus Ickenham 24/08/2008 (Home)

The Match to be played on Sun 24 August 2008

Maidenhead and Bray Ladies finally got their season started with a convincing win over Ickenham on Sunday. Bray won the toss and opted to bat with Bex Miall and Aamna Ahmed opening the batting in fine style. The opening pair made 75 before Miall (32) was bowled, after some lovely batting. This brought skipper Amy Newman the crease who continued to build on Bray’s good start. The pair put on a partnership of over 100 runs before Ahmed was caught.
