After winning the toss and hoping to use the miserable conditions to our advantage, Bray put Amersham in and hoped to build some inroads with early wickets. However, things started slowly. After 26 overs and two difficult chances going down, Amersham were 90-0.

After being delayed by the wonderful English weather, both teams thought the points were going to be shared. After numerous inspections and when the drizzle finally disappeared, Wokingham won the toss and put Bray into bat. With a reduced game of 70 overs on the cards, Bray started well.
