After a wet week it was always going to be tough batting first on a damp, slow track at Datchet. Having been put in by the hosts, M & B had the worst possible start when Shaqs Qureshi was bowled with the fourth ball of the game.

Losing the toss for the third week in a row, Maidenhead and Bray were put into the field,
and on a hot day it was always going to be hard going.  Sonning got off to a rapid start,
quickly getting runs on the board, however Bobby Khan and Hasnad Bhatti dismissed
both openers, and it almost got better when Gannon edged behind, only for the chance to
